2012-13 NBA Foxtel Game Previews: Week 7
Last week on ESPN Australia Kobe Bryant hit the 30,000 point mark as he and Kevin Durant got hot during their game Saturday, with the Thunder prevailing.
This week comes the Dallas Mavericks reunion with Jason Terry as they travel to the TD Garden to face the Boston Celtics.
Dallas Mavericks @ Boston Celtics
Time & Date: Thursday December 13 from TD Garden
Coverage: LIVE 12:00 pm AEDT (See TV Guide for other games and times)
The always challenging Boston Celtics will be taking a hard approach on Jason Terry’s former team the Dallas Mavericks.
Rajon Rondo is going to have a field day in the paint, as guards Darren Collison and Derek Fisher have no chance keeping Rondo in front of them. There may be another triple double on the way.
Watch For: Jason Terry vs O.J. Mayo.
Mayo has been Terry’s replacement and he hasn’t dissapointed. These guys might enter a shoot off if the Jet can get going.
Memphis Grizzlies @ Denver Nuggets
Time & Date: Saturday December 15 from The Pepsi Centre
Coverage: LIVE 2:30 pm AEDT (See TV Guide for other games and times)
Zach Randolph and the Memphis Grizzlies will ride their hot form into Denver where the Nuggets will look to make a statement.
In what could potentially be a playoff preview these teams are similar as they both have quick lengthy guards and bruising big men.
Watch For: Two words… Zach Randolph.
This guy can hustle and bustle giving teams no chance on the boards. His partner in crime Marc Gasol provide for one of the best front courts in the NBA which may be impossible to stop for Denver.
These are the games you can catch throughout the week on ESPN Australia via Foxtel.
What’s Rondo’s stat line going to look like after his outing against the Mavericks and can the Nuggets out muscle the Grizzlies?
