ESPN have just announced that they will now broadcast an additional 10 regular season games in the 2012-13 season and upgrade to a total of 3 regular season games each week in the 2013-14 season.

As the only TV channel that shows NBA in Australia, ESPN will also add 2 First Round Playoff Games for the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons and 2 additional 2nd round playoff games throughout both seasons. The Eastern Conference Final will be added in 2013 and the Western Conference Final in 2014, giving ESPN both Eastern and Western Conference Finals in 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons.

After disappointing Xmas coverage in 2012, ESPN will also show 2 Christmas Day US games in 2013 and all of this additional coverage will be added to their existing NBA Finals and All-Star coverage.

The upped coverage starts immediately his weekend with a double header between the Heat and Pacers then the Lakers taking on Minnesota. Click here to check out TV Guide for times & info.
