We are based in Victoria but  unfortunately do not offer pickup. All orders over $120 AUD get FREE shipping within Australia

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change orders once they have been paid for.

You will need to open a return using the enclosed returns slip when the order arrives

You can change the delivery of an order once we have sent you the tracking number (usually sent between 5pm & 5am the night after the order was made) by creating an Australia Post MyPost account and entering in the tracking number.

If the order is failed to be delivered due to an incorrect address your order will be refunded and not resent as we get charged for failed deliveries due to incorrectly supplied addresses

If an address is filled out incorrectly and returned to us, we will refund the products in your order (once the order has been sent back to us) and require you to make a new order.

The shipping will not be refunded as we are charged by Australia Post for the delivery service even if it is not delivered to the stated address.

Please note we only allow one discount/offer/voucher per order

We ship all orders within 1 business day of purchase.

We use Australia Post to send all orders and all orders will require a signature upon delivery by default however you can change this and add extra delivery instructions in the checkout

If no-one is home at time of delivery and no instructions have been left with the order, your order will be taken to your nearest Australia Post and a collection note will be left at your address.
