Although we strive to make sure you choose the correct size and love every product in our store, we understand that sometimes things just don’t fit right or look the way you hoped it would.

With that in mind we offer a 60 day returns policy on all orders* (within Australia only) for items that are in original brand new condition with original stickers and tags still attached to the item.

** Please note: Sale items are only eligible for refund and not exchange

 All trading card products are not eligible for return after they have been opened.

 

To start a return follow these easy steps:

  1. Read our returns 'Terms & Conditions' below

  2. Fill out form on the right

  3. Put the item back in its original box or satchel or if the original box or satchel is damaged, purchase a new one (hats must be sent back in boxes to ensure they are not crushed during postage).

  4. Download, print and fill out the returns slip below and stick back on top of the packaging

  5. Take the return to your nearest Aus Post and pay for it to be sent.

  6. Please allow 2-5 business days for us to process the return once it has been delivered.

    If you requested an exchange and the item is in stock we will send the item and you will get a tracking email from Aus Post. Exchanges can only be sent via standard shipping and not express.

    If you requested a refund or you requested an exchange but the item is not in stock, you will be notified by email or SMS of the refund.


TERMS & CONDITIONS


  • Sale items are only eligible for refund and not exchange
  • Exchanges can only be made for a different size of the same item or else a refund will be automatically processed
  • All trading card products are not eligible for return after they have been opened
  • Items requested for exchange can not be held. If the item is not in stock when it arrives for an exchange a refund will be processed
  • If an address is filled out incorrectly and returned to us, we will refund the products in your order after they have been sent back to us and require you to make a new order.
  • Customer is to cover the cost of original return shipping. For exchanges we will cover the cost of the sending you the requested item once we receive the return
  • Shipping & shipping return costs are non-refundable for all orders. The cost of your items only will be refunded upon receipt of a returned item.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order, if a second exchange for the same order is requested it will be refunded upon delivery and not exchanged.
  • Items without original tags or stickers attached will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Any returns sent back to us without filling in our returns form will be marked 'Return To Sender' and will be sent back without refund or exchange.
  • International orders can not be refunded or exchanged
  • Any items not returned in original brand new condition suitable for resale will be returned to the customer and will be ineligible for a refund or exchange
  • Any orders not made on ussportsdownunder.com.au (ie made on a third party website or platform) can not be returned via our website.
  • All returns can only be refunded to the original form of payment
  • ** Please note: Trading Cards & Trading Cards Sets/Boxes are not eligible for return
